We remind you that as a 'temporary visitor' tax will be levied on all stays in accommodation establishments (valid for our category) of 2,50 € per person/per day (except children up to 14 years).
Prices include
- bed linen, kitchen towels, bath towels and hand towels
- Wi-Fi connection
- Bread service
- Garage or covered parking space
- If required, we can provide additional household appliances (Toaster, microwave etc.)
- MOBILCARD* for the whole of South Tyrol (see description below)
- Final cleaning entails a cost of 50 – 85 Euros depending on the apartment
- Additional bed 20 Euro
- As our guest, you will receive a special reduction of up to 20% at "kandksport" ski rental
Arrival and departure
Your apartment will be ready for you from 2 pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10 am on the day of departure at the latest.
Payment
You can settle your bill in cash, by credit card, or via bank transfer.
Cancellation conditions
- There are no cancellation fees for cancellations up to 6 weeks before arrival.
- For cancellations up to 14 days before arrival, the deposit will be retained.
- From 14 days before, we will charge 50% of the price of the apartment booked.

With this card you can get around and discover the holiday region of Seiser Alm and South Tyrol by bus and train. The following are included:
- All shuttle buses in the Seiser Alm holiday region
- Regional trains in South Tyrol: from Brenner to Trento, from Mals to Innichen
- Local buses (city buses, intercity buses and city buses)
- Cable cars to Ritten, Meransen, Jenesien, Mölten and Vöran
- The Ritten tramway and the funicular railway up the Mendel
- PostBus Switzerland between Mals and Müstair
- Reduction on Combicard, Nordic Pass and Alpe di Siusi Card Gold
